It has come to my attention that I have been quite delinquent as of late in updating my food blog, never fear this is all about to change. I have been working hard to put together some great dishes I will be sharing in the upcoming weeks. For now though I wanted to post a great article that a friend brought to my attention from the Huffington post that discusses Gluten. If you are reading this blog you likely already either live a gluten or grain free lifestyle. I have found though one of the greatest advantages of cooking grain/gluten-free is the ability to cook for friends and loved ones foods that they not only love but can’t tell the difference between a meal with grains and without. I have even been able to convert a few friends onto a diet that includes no gluten (it’s a start!!). Read the article and share with your friends!
