Now on to today’s recipe! Everyone needs snack food in their life! However, not all of us can reach over and grab a bag of chips! However, there are some great alternatives! Today I’m posting a recipe for some mock crackers I have been making for a while now since switching over to a grain-free life. These are great to use with any of the dip recipes I have posted before or just as a snack alone. With this recipe one of the great things is you double or triple the recipe and keep the dough in the freezer until you are ready to bake them. Try adding different spices or chopped veggies to the dough to make some unique flavours! I recommended diced red peppers or a bit of paprika for an added spice.  Give it a try
